Paul Boisclair is an all-around type of guy who will pitch in and do whatever is needed. As a mechanic in TPG's Woonsocket, R.I., plant, he maintains all types of machinery - from the company's fork lifts and delivery trucks to the plant's process equipment. Paul joined the company six years ago as a truck driver. Both his driving and mechanical skills served the company well recently when he became part of a team that installed larger capacity equipment at the Blairsville, Ga., plant.

Paul devotes most of his spare time to his family. He and his wife, Karen, sold a one-family house and invested in a three-family home in Woonsocket so he could provide apartments for his two daughters and their families. Stephanie, 25, lives in one with her husband, Keith, and their two children: Brandon, 6, and Kylie, 4. Sarah, 23, and her husband, Richard, live in the other.

Paul likes nothing better than being with Brandon and Kyle, fixing things up around the house, and preparing spectacular holiday displays for his grandchildren and neighbors to enjoy. "At Christmas, we have a sleigh and reindeer on the roof, a Christmas tree on one of the porches, and lots of lights on the house," he says. His Halloween display, which included a witch on the roof, was featured last fall in The Valley Breeze, a local newspaper.
