Working for The Plastics Group of America is a family tradition in Noel Bennett's family. Noel's dad, brother, and now son have all been a part of the Plastics Group's growth. Noel has worked as an extruder operator, in-house equipment repair technician, shift supervisor, and manager of shipping and receiving. Today 30 years later, he is the Plant Manager, responsible for managing the day-to-day production operations of the company. He supervises all production personnel, oversees the maintenance and repair of all equipment, and implements daily schedules for loading and unloading of incoming and outgoing materials. When asked about his 30 years at the Plastics Group, Noel said, "I am still amazed at how far we have come in the past 30 years. We started out grinding and toll processing only, and now we've grown into a full service supplier of reinforced thermoplastic resins. To think we are now one of the few custom compounders to be ISO 9001 certified just boggles the mind!"

"For close to three decades, Noel has been there for us in every way," said Plastics Group President Bob Lebeaux. "He represents what every company wants--a loyal employee who always does what it takes to get the job done. " Noel has been loyal to The Plastics Group and his family, too. He has three children who have been and continue to be involved in all kinds of activities. Noel coaches youth hockey, soccer, and baseball. He enjoys traveling for weekend tournaments with the hockey team. His wife Susan says, "He is so dedicated that every winter the front yard becomes a 30' X 90' hockey rink for the kids to practice on." And he still finds time to play softball, hockey and golf. Noel shows his dedication in everything he does, and The Plastics Group of America's production plant is proof of that dedication.
